Dragon Well (Long Jing)

Tea Repertoire

Quantity

Type: GREEN TEA

Dragon Well (aka. Long Jing) green tea is certainly one of the most famous Chinese green teas with its unique, distinctive flat, jade-green leaf appearance. Traditionally made, authentic Long Jing green tea should offer a distinctive, sweet nutty flavours reminiscent of grilled chestnut.

This Dragon Well, hailing from eastern Zheijiang Province, is made from more mature tea leaves harvested after the Qing Ming period. However, as pre-Qing Ming Long Jing from West Lake and Meijiwau village in Hangzhou demands an exorbitant price tag, we wanted to introduce a more affordable Long Jing which still exhibits its classic, nutty, toasty flavour. When we tasted the sample of this Long Jing - voilà, we were convinced that this Long Jing is what we were looking for! A delightfully rounded, velvety liquor with its unmistakable roasted chestnut and hazelnut flavours and a lingering sweet finish.

A quintessential example of how classic Dragon Well green tea should taste.

As a natural source of antioxidant such as Catechin and Vitamin C, our Dragon Well green tea will not only satisfy your palate, but will also help nourish your body and mind as well.
