Sencha Asamushi is a lightly steamed Sencha, highly praised by Japanese green tea connoisseurs. The appearance i slightly cloudy and gives a pale green coloured infusion. The flavour is sweet, umami, grassy and steamed vegetable (spinach, zucchini) notes with a hint of marine.
- Measure 3g of tea per 150ml water. Boil water to 70℃. Steep for 1 1/2 - 2 minutes.
