  • Aroma: Sweet, roasted, caramel notes.

  • Mouthfeel: Soothing, gentle, rounded infusion.

Brewing Guidance

  • Measure 1g of Hobakcha per 100ml water. Boil water to 95℃. Steep for 3-5 minutes.
