You will be delighted by our unique selection herbal teas, which are good evening alternatives for orthodox speciality teas, as tisans don’t contain caffeine. Herbal teas are also known for their distinctive health benefits, for instance, peppermint is known to help the concentration, lemon verbena and lemongrass are known to aid digestion, chamomile and rooibos are known for relaxing properties. Greek mountain tea is known for its anti-inflammatory effect.
Herbal teas are not sensitive to brewing temperature setting. You can pour boiling water directly on them and brew approx. 5 minutes. As they don’t contain caffeine and polyphenols, they don’t become bitter although they’re over-brewed.
