• Appearance: Amber, golden coloured infusion. 
• Aroma: Fruity (green apple, grape), linden flower, baked bread, almond.
• Flavours: Green apple, grape skin and linden flower notes on a warm, baked bread and almond background. 
• Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied, lively liquor with a velvety mouthfeel. Sustained almond-nutty finish. 

Brewing Guidance

• Measure 1g of tea per 100ml water. Boil water to 90℃. Steep for 3-4 minutes.

Darjeeling First Flush Ambootia SFTGFOP1, which is an exceptional first flush darjeeling stands out with its typical fruity, floral and uplifting character. Green apple, grape skin and linden flower notes are set against a warm, baked bread and almond background. In comparison to our other First Flush Darjeeling, Turzum Clonal Flowery SFTGFOP1, Ambootia SFTGFOP1 offers a liquor with more pure, smooth and rounded mouthfeel as well as much less astringency.
