The payment of the returned product received from you will be reimbursed, if the cancellation is done in accordance to the terms and conditions. We will also reimburse the costs of delivery, except if the delivery chosen was not the least expensive from our standard delivery options.
Deduction might be made by us to reimburse any loss of value from the purchased product, in case if the loss come from unnecessary manipulation of the product. We will not refund any product(s) that was altered, opened, partially or fully consumed. You are responsible to ensure that the product(s) send back in an acceptable packaging. Deduction from reimbursement will be made in case there is any damage(s) or the packaging is not suitable.
The reimbursement will be hold back until we receive back the product(s). Then, we will reimburse you within 14 working days. Please note that the costs for returning the product(s) are not included. It is your responsibility to return the product in its original packaging, intact with all the accessories included in the delivery with the documents and leaflets.
