White Tea

Our white teas are coming from renowned tea gardens in China. Carefully cultivated and crafted by tea masters, our authentic white teas indeed offer the best representative of each kind of white teas.

White tea is the least processed of all teas. Unlike green tea, which undergoes 'Kill Green' process to prevent further oxidation on the tea leaves, in order to make white tea, the freshly plucked buds and leaves are withered under natural sunlight, which allows mild, natural oxidation to occur.

Our range of White tea includes Silver Needle (aka. Bai Hao Yin Zhen) from Zhenghe, Fujian Province, White Peony (aka. Bai Mu Dan) from Fuding, Fujian Province and Jasmine Silver Needle from Simao, Yunnan Province, which has been naturally scented with fragrant jasmine blossoms. All our white teas are made from downy buds and young, tender leaves of Camellia Sinensis tea plant in early spring.

Natural white tea imparts a mild and soft liquor with delicately sweet and fruity flavour. White tea is also known as a rich source of antioxidants, ‘Catechin’, which can help boost the immune system and promote skin health.

For connoisseurs of white tea and fine pottery, we suggest browsing our exquisite and sophisticated, hand-crafted ceramicware from selected artists to enhance your tea ritual.
