We aim to prepare and dispatch the same day or next working day.

CH & UK & EU Delivery: Free Delivery above 70 CHF

- Tracked Standard: We offer free tracked delivery for orders above 70 CHF. 

World Wide International Delivery

- US & Canada: We offer International Tracked Service. The shipping charge can vary between 9.99 CHF and 15.99 CHF according to your order. 

- Rest of the World: We offer International Tracked Service at 15.99 CHF. 

Bulky Products

For bulky and heavy goods, such as teaware, ceramics and tea gift sets we may charge between 5 CHF to 30 CHF for international delivery, because of the extra transporting charges. The extra charge will be calculated at the checkout. 

Delivery Time: 

UK and EU Countries

- Standard Delivery: Parcel should arrive between 4-6 working days after your order.

- Economy Delivery: Parcel should arrive between 10-15 working days after your order. 

Switzerland

- Swiss Post: Parcel should arrive between 2-3 working days.

US and Canada
