Appearance: Translucent, red mahogany brown coloured infusion with a golden hue.
Aroma: Zesty, citrusy, woody aroma with a slightly spicy hint
Flavour: Woody, cacao flavour combines with a vibrant zesty citrusy note.
Mouthfeel: Mild, smooth liquor with lingering zesty, sweet-spicy finish.

Brewing Guidance

Measure 1g of tea per 100ml water. Boil water to 90℃. Steep for 4-5 minutes.

Our Keemun Bio is an organic black tea coming from a EU/USDA certified organic tea plantation in Anhui Province in China. Made from carefully, naturally grown tea leaves, our Keemun Bio makes a highly smooth and rounded, zesty, fruity infusion with lingering sweet-spicy finish. The colour of the liquor is a gorgeous, shining red mahogany brown colour and the bouquet imparts slightly woody and spicy-sweetness.
