Tasting Notes
- Appearance: Pale, transluscent, yellow coloured infusion.
- Aroma: Delicately fruity and herbaceous notes.

Brewing Guidance
- Measure 1g of olive leaves per 100ml water. Boil water to 95℃. Steep for 4-5 minutes.
